Poor service

I'm not happy with the service I got at Nedbank Nelspruit Brown Street,I deposited money and it's got stacked some went on the account but some were stacked at the machine, what's pained me a lots it's I asked for an assistant before I went to the ATM some lady that was on a counter service told me that this ATM can even deposit R50.0000 she was so rude,I asked everyone on the branch but I didn't got any help,I logged a enquiry I waited for 5 days then now they telling me that my enquiry was declined but they not giving me a reason,I want my money Nedbank cause the staff at the branch saw it when it's stacked but now they say they can't find it as in how.
