Poor service

I'm at the Nedbank Woodmead branch, I arrived at 13:40 and the bank only had 2 tellers open with an amount of about 15 of us waiting to be served, 20 minutes later , it has 3 tellers and 20 people.. everyone seems to have taken lunch with no manager available
