Poor Service

I had a loan with nedbank and it was paid up 12 November 2014 yet it still shows on my credit report as bad debts. I requested for my paid up letter and it was sent to me, i sent it to transunion. they confirmed my account number listed as default does not correspond with the account number on my paid up letter. since 2014 being on the phone nine stop with nedbank and now i feel i am not going anywhere with this.
