poor service

Nedbank and their incompetence I have since logged in a ***** case on the December 23rd all the time I have called to find out when are my funds being reversed till now they always transfer me to a number that has no answer you call and wait for over an hour and get to speak to their stinking rude consultants with attitude of some sort till now I haven't got help wow but we pay for our services I cant wait for my money to be reversed just switch banks I wouldn't recommend Nedbank to anyone shame.
