Poor Service

Nedbank has been blocking and unblocking my account without even saying what is the matter.So What i need now is for them to unblock the account and i take my money and i close it for GOOD. I have been up and down with this since last year December..For now i dont need to explain myself and i dont want anyone try and resolve this IM DONE WITH NEDBANK .ALL I WANT IS THE MONEY ON MY ACCOUNT. Yesterday 06/02/2020 i was at the branch and they said everything is fine they will call me once its reviewed BUT i haven't heard from anyone since then. CAN I GET MY MONEY TODAY AND WE PART WAYS. If they wanted to resolve this it was gonna be done long time ago but nothing was done, and if they needed something from me they should have sent me an email or called me i guess that is the reason why we leave our details with them.

Don't call me and ask who was helping and which branch did i go to as i dont have time to explain all what has been going on..The call i want to hear is for you guys telling me the account is open take out your money.
