Poor Service

I app**** for a Nedbank account over the phone and was approved. I was told that it only take about 5 to 7 work days then i would be able to collect my cards at the branch. They will notify me when its ready for collection. Its 3 weeks later and I haven’t received any notification whatsoever. The branch doesn’t have a telephone number direct! When will I receive my cards then?
