Poor service

I'm really disappointed in the service nedbank provides. When trying to get hold of them, they make you hold for extended times, then the person you finally get through too has no clue on what's going on, they make you hold more while trying to find out. They then say they will call back which never happens. This cycle was repeated exactly like this 6 times over a 2 week period and I still have not been provided with the info I'm looking for and I'm still waiting for one of those 6 people to call back.
