POOR SERVICE

My account is blocked i don't have access to money due to FICA , went last Saturday was told FICA department doesn't work Saturday, I went back on the 3rd , they said on the 4th i will have access to money. I have been calling the call center speaking to different people, i don't get help how hard is to send an email to lift the block as i have done FICA , now the agent says i must go back to the bank, this si ridiculous, someone need to help me now.

people are telling me different things, i do not get what's the issue, call me *** and get this sorted .

I WANT TO USE THE MONEY TODAY !!!!!!
