Poor service

I'm disappointed with the service I received from nedbank Cresta mall, I was trying to apply for a business account and was advised I can't because it only had 3 days y, in which I was told I need to wait, waited for 4 days with no luck, until I decided to visit a different branch and was told the information I got was not true, we even tried to call the person who assisted us and he hanged up a call with no answeres
