Poor Service

Can you please advise as to how long does it take to open a Nedbank Club Account. Its been 3 weeks since my colleagues and I visited Nedbank Pavillion to open this account. To be exact, we opened it on 23rd July 2021. To this date no response has been received.

I have been in contact with the Consultant who assisted us at the branch and he has occassionally indicated that he is also awaiting response from the department/ division that assesses and approves Club Accounts. The name of the Club is Izithelo Ezinhle and all the neccessary documents like Club Constitution were attached on the application.

Please advise as to what is hindering the process or what other alternatives do we have so as to put pressure.
