Poor service

I sent money (send imali) R1000 to a wrong number single digit out...NEDBANK is telling me I cannot reverse that money and have to wait 48hrs, if I am lucky that money will reverse back if not I have lost it... WHY am I banking with them if a simple thing like that cannot be actioned...

This is pathetic for an institution this big... WHY AM I BANKING WITH THEM???...
