Poor Service

I'm writing this post with a bleeding heart, I'm not happy with the service that I'm getting from Nedbank insurance Claims. I have lodged the claim on 17 December 2024,and it was approved I was told the assigned repairer is closed and opening on 6 January 2025. I raised my concern how come they assign me a panelbeater in Johannesburg whereas I'm residing in Pretoria and they said the address for panelbeater it's in Johannesburg the assigned panelbeater will refer me to the nearest branch in Pretoria.Today I have been calling Nedbank offices using my airtime for follow up without getting joy. Now I have received the call from a panel beater and they explained that they are based in Johannesburg they don't have a panelbeater in Pretoria. How can Nedbank Insurance refer me to a panelbeater in Johannesburg where as I'm residing in Pretoria.
