Poor service

I am not happy with communication with nedbank the chat board is worse with no help at all im noy sure whether the people that work there don't want to help or are lazy. Money dissappeared on my account i did not receive any notification or anything no one is willing to assist poor sevice. Ive been with nedbank for the longest time im getting tired of this
