Poor Service

So I have a nedbank account that has money coming in every month, I don't get notification when the money comes in, when I witdraw or whatever transaction I make. I called the call canter & I was transferd from one department to another so I let it go.... Now I thought let me dowload the app & do it myself, dowloded the money app(I hope that's the right one) waited for an OTP till now, decided to speak to the chat support. Spoke to two people whom I will not mention coz all I want is this fixed & no one to get into trouble. Asked for a call back & no joy there either. So whenNedbank is ready to assist. Please get back to me.
