Poor service

I would like to complain about the service we received from the consultant at lifestyle centre Nedbank no:15 The lady has a stinky attitude and she is very *********** she doesn’t have customer service skills We have been there 3 times to open a Stockvel account and she kept on sending us back for unnecessary things while we have done all the required documents as requested I would like to bring this to your attention that she needs to be trained how to work with people she needs to remember that she is not doing us a favour when she is helping she doing her job she is getting paid for it
