Poor service

I opened a current account with nedbank and i was informed that i need to do salary switch before i can move my debit orders. The debit order switching was unsuccessful i went to the southdale branch where i opened the account but i did not get help. I had to call the companies and update my information. I tried to manually pay the accounts but some were unsuccessful.
