Poor service

<p>Today i made two transaction online but i never received a message to accept those transactions on my cellphone, and i dont receive SMS notifications on my salary date. i get paid on the 15th but sms notification come on the following day or two. i went to the branch at brooklyn mall to use video calling but it was offline, i tried to call the call centre but i was told to fix my problems in the branch. but unfortunately i do not have time to wait on your long queues inside the branch. your service is pathetic and appalling. i used to bank with capitec i never experienced such nonsense.</p>
