Poor service

I have requested Nedbank to close the account I have opened. I've been in the branch, I've phoned several times and I got a reference number for the account being closed successfully. However, I have received an sms this morning saying Welcome to Nedbank and I still have a profile on the money app. I don't want this account and I request Nedbank to immediately act on this and close the account as per my request and per their confirmation that the account was closed successfully. Reference number ***6. I expect this to be sorted today!!!
