Poor service

What a joke. Tried calling their Credit Management Dept, was kept holding for 45 minutes then the line disconnected. Called again and another 20 mins, still no answer. Then finally got through to someone only to be told that, that department had close their lines for the day…what the heck..it was 10:30am. I thought they were in the service industry. Guess what, there are other banks out there and I will be moving all my accounts.
