Poor service

I'm totally dissapointed on the service I got today the 24th of March 2025 at Nedbank Dobsonville mall. I chose deposit and get change then no change came out from ATM and I called a lady by reception but she did not avail herself until someone from inside came and told me she's at lunch there's nothing she can do then I requested to see manager she said she signed out for lunch they must call someone to assist me and that person didn't come until I left the bank with no help .They have bad service
