Poor service

The Company have been with the bank for 2 years. The personal banker is useless, does not answer his phone or reply to messages. We have to drive from Ficksburg to Bethlehem to just get a response. We also app**** for a loan witch was turned down. Butt they cant tell us why because we have no bad credit and the credit score is healthy. We phoned the Credit burro confirming that there should be no problem in approving a loan. We went with the same Info to Sanlam and got approved.

We cant even get a reason from Nedbank why its been turned down, even after 2 weeks.

Its been a poor experience from the start with Nedbank. Even on the personal credit card they are not willing to help us.
