Poor service

I have requested a call bank from nedbank with regards to my foreign account have with them non of them tried to get back to me send couple of emails they ignoring the phone their call cebtre who kept transferring me to the incorrect department last agent gave me rhe correct number used all my 30 airtime waiting to speak to a human being but no u cant get hold to a human being tured if their service they intriduce money app where you can soeak to agent but they not s****ed for all services nedbank offer so wats the use i need someone call me today before close of business with regards to my account *** thats my contact detaild
