Poor service

Nedbank offers awful service.

I have a business account with them, work has been since the beginning of Covid-19 and there was no work but they continued to close my account even after i pleaded with them not to.

I was told to contact my banker who is in Mthatha and without a direct line.

Nedbank is a great institution but its systems are oudated.
