POOR SERVICE

To whom it may concern,

I app**** for debt counselling in Sept/Oct 2014. 7 days after applying I withdrew my application as I realised that it would be a major setback for me. I then contacted then contact Nedbank about a month ago to remove my name from debt counselling as it’s affecting my credit profile

I have forwarded the 17.4 form to them countless times.

I have been struggling to get a response from Nedbank card and personal loans division but to no avail.

It’s frustrating because I have been making payments on my credit card and my 2 loans are both debited monthly on my account.

I just need this matter to be sorted asap so that I can pay and settle my accounts and for them to remove and update my account from debt counselling.
