Poor service

Good day Kindly find our complaint email for bad service we received as Nedbank Branch Menlyn. We went to the Nedbank Branch on the 21st of September 2022 to withdraw money on account number *** the lady who helped us advise us to close that account and open new account which doesn't have charges, we agreed as we thought it was good for the church. The lady gave us documents to sign and she promised to call us on the on the 24th of September so we can come and finalize the account. The lady did not call us until today we tried to get hold of the bank almost everyday but the lady she's not getting back to us. Our secretary spoke to the her team leader team leader gave us the lady direct number *** and the lady she's not responding we call everyday. The team leader also said she will send the lady an email to call us still the lady didn't call us. On the 5th of October we called call center to be directed to the lady the lady was online she responded to the call Centre agent and ask for contact details to call back still she didn't call back. Today we went to the Jubilee mall Branch and we were told that the account is blocked due to outstanding documents and Puseletso Dibakwane was suppose to give feedback and fixed the account. We as the church we are so disappointed with this poor service as since we went to Menlyn Branch were were not given feedback regarding our account. The lady shouldn't advise us to open another account she should have helped us with our current account because now she not helping us anymore. We lost trust on Nedbank and may Nedbank please unblock our account and give us our money after that please close that account we will go to other banks to people who will maybe gonna take us seriously. We also have personal accounts with Nedbank as we thought is the best bank. We can't go to the branch anymore or call them we will wait for Nedbank to tell us to fetch our money We regret why we drove all the to to Menlyn branch as we thought is the best branch only to find isbthe wors branch ever even the team leader didn't both to escalate or check with us if we're assisted or not.tell Puseletso we don't want that account anymore and we not coming to Menlyn branch anymore we can't drive 60Km from hammanskraal to Menlyn for nothing.
