Poor service

We have been dealing with Nedbank Home insurance for years. The quality of the recent interactions are really poor. We will be looking for home insurance elsewhere. The claims handlers are poor in following up and providing feedback. Have never had issues like this previously. Clearly the quality of people they are hiring has deteriorated.
