Poor service

Poor service indeed,i have been to your branches 20times,been calling none stop untill now no response im strugling to find out what is realy happening.you put my business account on hold but im not getting clear answer..i have business partner to pay,bills to pay .i mean i just lost my dad but cant even travel for God sake ..can i have my money and keep your account.i have been trying to call your ***** department to get answers but no luck...Mahlako kekana Omphile ontle project ID no *** ***
