poor service

Good day.

I have contacted Nedbank contact centre today, I wanted to get assistance in migrating my savvy account to pay as you use account And I was advised by the gentleman that go as you use account has been discontinued. I then spoke with lady in migrations who advised me That I have to go to the branch.

Firstly I get incorrect information Secondly they direct me to the branch. Question is . do Nedbank care about customer service or they after sale of higher accounts?

I have been with you for over 15yrs. And have multiple accounts with you MFC LOAN Credit card. If you do not value your client, I will be happy to move to capitec, will low monthly charges.
