Poor service

Im at Nedbank Mamelodi and the service its the worst you can think of... They opened at 9:00am consultants where on their cellphhones and landlines, they fo not respect our time they called the first customer for tellers at 9:10am why are they not ready to help clients some of us have jobs to get too and me being here taking my time they should respect that it's already 9:23am and they hv not called any clients for tellers. And no one is telling us if they are short staffed or if system are slow. This branch must learn to respect customers and thier time, im not here because i have nothing to do.
