Poor service

service at your woodmead branch sucks. Ticket issued 9.03 am still waiting @9.33 am today. Tellers not ready . Guy just walks in and get served. Was served at counter 6. Excuse system is slow. Customers hopping from one counter to another. Helping another customer with change whilst I am standing in front the lady. Mohamed ***
