Poor service

I went to nedbank kwa thema branch on the 10/04/2019 only to find out that it was closed because of renovation but nothing was said to us customers because i was there on the 4 and 5th but no notice or anything written to inform us that the bank will be closed. I really don't understand why must this branch always have a poor service or is it because it's for black people so nedbank careless about us? Because I have seen notice on many branches where they notify thier customer before, Why not this one?
