Poor service

Good day

I have tried to get assistance from Nedbank ventures but till now no one has assisted me. I requested someone to give me the status of my account. I tried to phone the contact centre (I stayed on the phone for 10+ minutes). I even sent an email to you guys....no one has bothered to reply.

On Saturday I went to the branch (no assistance for my enquiry).

Everything is slow. This makes me think about joining your competitors. I feel like I should change my bank now.
