poor service
i have a loan with them, they dont send me statements. i have tried to complain with them and they sent me statement short of 3 mnths. i then rep**** to the email from stanley to say the statement is short. till today i have not recieved it. yesterday i sent an email again complaining this time it got worse i did not even get a reply, its like they dont care.
