Poor service

Service at Nedbank Khayelitsha Branch is disgusting. Duration hours start at 08:30 , as I am writing this review time is 08:45 but branch is not opened yet we are waiting outside. Service at Khayelitsha is a disgrace to community of Khayelitsha even the multi tasking we've been complaining for has not changed, to make a deposit that takes seconds in a investment account you have to line with people that came for enquire that takes more than 20 min. I think Khayelitsha people banking with Nedbank should consider other banks bcz Nedbank is failing us.
