Poor service

My experience has been terrible especially when dealing with the Complaints Team. Spoke to an extremely rude solver who identified herself as Olivia. Very insensitive and didn't even listen to the views of the customer. I'm done with Nedbank. Suspended my account but they want to continue charging me Monthly charges... The service is pathetic and different people give conflicting advice. Speaking to complaints Team is a waste of time and no call back fulfilled
