Poor service

I closed my investment account to purchase an a house. I called to get the bank statements for SARS. They promised to get back within a week. I called again a month later and followed up with the reference number. Told me they will email and nothing. SARS submitted a notice of assessment by now. I called again and spoke to the consultant for 16mins and she promised to email me. Nothing. Came to the branch and they are tell me they can't get my statements. I mean really. This is so frustrating.
