Poor Service 24Hrs Past still no Refund Ref ***1, Now capital interest due to ME

***, on the 25th of November 2020, nedbank has incorectly debited R1524.39, and when called the personal loans collection department they agreed and gave me the Reference ***1, saying the funds of R1024.39 will be back into my account in 48 hours, which should have been friday 27th or Saturday 28th because i was informed from my calls they work till 12;00 on Saturday, since then i have called numerously as i need this money urgent and this retrieval of this money is costing me more almost R200, which i want back as well, somebody is not doing their job here
