Poor service

Every time I go to Nedbank Birchaches mall there's one person at enquiries. It doesn't matter which day, what makes it worse is that the colleagues will come and stand next to this person and chat which makes service even slower. I think Nedbank shouldn't open branches in the town ship because the standards they give town ship people are way below average
