poor service

<p>I have never received such poor service in my life.from their employees who call you to the actual staff at the branch. I have an account with nedbank of which i will be closing soon due to the pathetic service i have received in the first 2 months of having the account.my account is overdrawn and nobody is helping me on how ths happened because i had money in my account.im going to pay for something that i dont even know and the staff here are not even showing any initiative to assist me with my problem.i just keep being sent to the next person and so on thus had to leave the branch with an unresolved matter.i am going to close my account with nedbank as i am utterly dissapointed with the pathetic service i have received today.</p>
