Poor service

Yesterday I went to the Nedbank branch in Acardia. I was there to open a gold cheque account. The lady gave me a card and said she’ll get back to me once the fica has been updated. Today I get a call from the call center stating that there’s a duplicate of accounts on my profile I should go to the branch and rectify it. When I got to the branch the same lady says there’s a hold on my she has sent emails and she’ll get back to me. I called the call center again and they now saying that there’s an Acc account that was open today without my presence. Is Nedbank really safe how do they open an account without me being present.

I’m really not happy with Nedbank’s service
