Poor Service

It is a mission to purchase hollywood vouchers on Avo. On the 23rd I tried to purchase a voucher and an error code appeared and took the money. Today is the 31st of August and I still haven't received the funds. Avo also allows you to convert your green back points to Avo points. After doing that I can't even use them to buy a hollywood voucher. I cannot even exchange them back to greenbacks. Everytime I get call from Avo they tell me your query is in progress but nothing is happening. I have two ticket numbers. Today was informed that one ticket is finalized and my funds will reflect in 48 hours but what about the other tickets . It's been 8 days of Misery.
