Poor Service

Very Very disappointed with Nedbank. I received a "special offer" from Nedbank on my clear score app. I took the offer and was notified via mail that I have been approved for 40K and I will be notified via sms when the card has reached the branch for me to collect my card. When I called 2 weeks later to follow up where my cards are only then get informed that the cards has been declined after being informed it has been approved.
