Poor service

I would like to complain about no feedback or resolution received. On 16.02.22 called Nedbank to close my current account on a zero balance. Spoke to Ettiene Smit who confirmed account closed reference 571268. On 25th February I called in again as the account was still not closed and fees accumulated. Ettiene Smit was supposed to call me back to sort out the matter. No feedback received. I then logged a complaint and received acknowledged receipt ***5. SMS acknowledgement that matter is allocated to Busisiwe Mbeje. No response received up to today and I logged another complaint on 8.3.22. I want the fees reversed and account closed immediately
