Poor service

Nedbank is a ****?2 weeks back in July 2021 I went to the Lenasia bank and was told I can't open any account coz my account which I dnt know of is owing over R1000.After 2 weeks I went again to Dobsonville branch and when I got there to close all accounts I was told now I have a credit card active.......what the heck,I will not allow this and I will see it to the end.I now have to pay extra charges to close those accounts and worse they can't sort you out at the bank you have to call the main office!!!!!! I don't see myself having any partnership with this bank and good luck to all of you who are using it
