Poor Service

I opened a savings account with nedbank online and it was approved pending submission and verification of fica documents.I did submit the documents a few days after doing an online application.I was then told the account would be active in 3 working days.It has been almost two months and still the account is not active.This is really poor for a bank of Nedbank's size sorry to say.
