Poor service

I bought a car via mfc and nedbank advice me to open bank account with them so that I can able to get some benefits. My problem now is that my company could not pay my salary to that account and I went to a nedbank branch at Rustenburg waterfall mall they could not help me to get that account sorted. They said it was fica and they've sent an email to get my account activated. Till when I will wait for the account to be active because my company is not working tomorrow till Monday next week.
