Poor service

I have been calling Nedbank for the past two weeks with no tangible assistance, I am transferred from one consultant to another. I was given contact details of the Kempton Park line manager but she was no assistance as well. I am currently out of country and that was communicated to the bank, I want to withdraw from one of my fixed accounts for a serious emergency and it is starting to become really stressful because I am not referred to relevant people to assist.
