poor service

when you get to cashiers, there will be nobody in the que but they busy counting money, chat to someone at the back. i did call someone like a assistant that is walking around on the floor, she did go to the cashier and say the people complaim because she is not helping customers, by that time we were 4 in the que and the cashier wants to know who complained, and i did say i complained other people were talking but to scare to mentioned there names. then she start helping. the next day i am there again same story nobody in the que, busy counting money, so i walk to her and ask if she can help, she did help but was moping something and the look that i was getting
