Poor service

I am so disappointed with service at nedbank Eastgate mall branch. I went to collect my card and there was no consultant assisting anyone, everyone was ****ted and the manager was just sitting there very much aware. When people started complaining she closed her door. After a good 10 minutes two consultants came through. There was no sense of urgency whatsoever. I'm honestly very disappointed.
