Poor service

Hi. Please do not use Nedbank as a platform to buy shares. I've sent numerous emails to Nedbank to allow my account to Trade and still haven't received feedback. They keep on saying they call me back. I have received a reference number but still nothing happens. Very poor service as I bank with Nedbank
